手羽中の素揚げのレシピ
市販のものは衣やタレに糖質が多く含まれているので自分で作ってみました。
小麦粉を使わず素揚げにするので、低糖質で簡単に作れます。
解凍も面倒なので、揚げ方にポイントがあります。
材料(1~2人分)
- 手羽中(冷凍) … 好きなだけ
- 塩コショウ … 少々
- ガーリックパウダー … 少々
作り方(15分)
- 凍ったままの手羽中をフライパンに入れて油を浸かるまで入れます。
- 弱めの中火でゆっくり揚げていき、油の温度が上がったら火を弱めます。
- 良い色がついてきたら火力をあげて1~2分カラッと揚げて取り出します。
- 塩コショウとお好みでガーリックパウダーをふりかけて出来上がり♪
ポイント
・低温からゆっくりと揚げていくのがポイントです。
・見栄えよくレモンなどを添えて下さい。
