ソイライスカレーのレシピ
ご飯の代わりに豆腐を使ってソイライスカレーを作ってみました。
ソイライスとは、豆腐を砕いて炒めたもの。
低糖質でカレーライスを食べている気分が味わえます。
材料(1人前)
- 豆腐 … 1丁
- レトルトカレー … 1パック
- レタス … 少々
- マヨネーズ … 適量
作り方(20分)
- 水気を切るために、豆腐をクッキングペーパーで包み、600wのレンジで2分30秒チンします。
- 鍋で豆腐を砕きながら水気がなくなるまで炒めます。
- レトルトカレーを温めて、盛り付けたら出来上がり♪
- お好みでサラダなども添えて下さい。
ポイント
・ご飯の気分を味わうためにしっかり細かく炒めて下さい。
・マッシャーなどを使うとより細かくできます。
